Vintage tartan and velvet dress Patty O’Neil size 10

This is a perfect party dress for the holidays would be gorgeous for Christmas family photos or any christmas or cocktail party. This vintage dress by Patty O’Neal is a beautiful condition. The tartan has red, blue,green and a gold metallic. Pit to pit is about 17 inches flat middle of the waistband is 14 inches flat and the measurement at the drop waste is about 15 1/2 inches flat. The sequent detail was added on by a previous owner and could be easily removed. The skirt has a beautiful soft crinoline underneath to give it volume. Mark does a vintage size 10.
