Framed miniature oil (?) painting on canvas board of white bunny with blueberries. The image has some texture to it, but I do not know if this is an original work or if it was mass produced in an art mill. Frame is thick and somewhat ornate with antique gold finish. kirkyisafox just wondering when you touch the painting can feel the brush strokes or over or see them with a magnifying glass. I like it. It looks very English to me

crickettscache @kirkyisafox It has a canvas texture and is uniform throughout. I can see brush strokes under magnification but they are flat. I’ve painted with acrylics before and the paint tends to melt into the canvas leaving a flat image. That may be the case here. The surface is semi-glossy, like it has a varnish coating. I honestly can’t tell if this is a printed canvas on board, or if it was actually painted by hand.
