Rounde neckline, curved placket neck edges, open front with striped piping on neckline & placket. Straight cut. Mid-hip length. Long sleeves w/striped piping on cuffs. Strong 80s shoulders/pads. Black velvet with black sequins and metallic gold fleck paint. Black/gold piping. Fully lined. 100% viscose rayon.
