They are sealed and unopened but I cannot be responsible for any dried out strips. I have used them for a long time and have only encountered a couple packs that wouldn’t stick. There are some YouTube videos that offer methods on reactivating them. I am not a consultant. Just downsizing my personal stock. They have been stored in a case in the dark.
