Gorgeous vintage 80s strapless Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue black and white cocktail dress wtih ribbon and lace embellishments. Fitted bodice with full skirt and tulle underneath. Marked a size 12 but check measurements best for a size 8-10. Good condition but does have a whole side section where the black is faded. Please check all photos and video for condition. Still presents beautifully and is an incredible dress.
