Pretty ruched long sleeve blouse can be dressed up or down. Flowy sleeves have elastic at wrists. Ruche neckline is straight across. Sleeves can be worn off or on shoulder due to elastic. Gently worn, very good condition. Right sleeve has a tiny black speck that is barely noticeable (see picture). Material is polyester. Machine wash cold.
