VTG 70s brown leather pleated long trench coat "saddle leather" vintage size 16

absolutely stunning vintage saddle leather long coat vintage size 16. please see measurements below as vintage sizes differ from modern. in great condition for vintage! original purchase ticket in one of the side pockets, button down closure with tie. one of the side belt loops is loose on one end. this is cowhide with a thin lining so this isn't a heavy coat at all making it perfect for so many occasions! beautiful pleating detail down the front and back giving slimming vertical lines. two faux breast pockets. all buttons intact, some look like they've been resewn. retailed for $145 back in the 70s making it anywhere from $750-$1250 in today's inflation equivalent. the jacket weight is almost 5lbs. has that gorgeous 70s brown that has a hint of orange to it. length approx 43.5", pit to pit approx 22", waist at the belt seam approx 19" which can be cinched tighter with the belt if needed. as always, I'm open to reasonable offers. thanks!!
