Does it also come with a dupatta? And it was a bit difficult for me to determine by the picture; would you say it's a 36 or 38 inch bust?

I'm sorry for all the questions, but I've been burned on two other Indian dresses because they just don't fit correctly in the bust and underarm area and I'm running out of money and time, lol. It's as if the sleeves are attached oddly or something. Since your dress doesn't have sleeves, I thought maybe it wouldn't have that issue.
