Brand new- only worn once! Cute off the shoulder and above the knee style dress. Beautiful blue color. It is slightly sheer but looked great for the one event where I needed to wear it. Photographed really nicely. Would be perfect with a nude layer underneath or a slip dress to guarantee no sheerness.
