vdelapar @kellyh21388 yes that is correct the offer is the reduced price only at this time. as far as the size I am a 9 and they fit me perfectly but I have a very narrow foot. so that's why I am selling them. if you have a med to wide w foot they may work for you wearing a 8 1/2
