@littleladybugs hi Rita! I added a pic with a tape measurer. It’s about 12 inches across but with the stretchy waistband it stretches to about 16 inches.

I was opining this would fit cause I have several things by GM in size 0,including the blazer that goes with this but all of them (aside from some of thier T/shirt dress)are things things zip up.

So,I wish I could just try this on instead of taking the chance to purchase cause I’m just not sure how it would look/fit,especially how the vertical bunching would look stretched out a little with the elastic waist stretched to fit a 26” waist🤔
