Tingley Eclipse Arc Flash Rain Jacket Cat 2 Yellow/Green 3XL J44122. This is new never worn open packaged. It was an estate find that was stored in a garage. While new and never worn it has dirt in the package since it wasn't sealed. It also has some damage to the reflector. I pictured the 2 spots I noticed.
