Vintage Clear Rhinestone Starburst Brooch Pin Silver Tone Costume Jewelry This vintage brooch features a radiant starburst design adorned with sparkling clear rhinestones. The center protrudes higher than the base. I have had this brooch for several years trying to convince myself that there must be a maker's mark on it. Lol! Unofrtunately, there is not.
