giuliana712 @britmarie_18 hi so sorry it never alerted me that there were comments. I don’t have the card anymore. It was purchased from Gucci in shorts hills mall nj around 2013 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I do have the cover and will add it in the pictures!

giuliana712 @arjohn87 hi! Yes it is authentic I got it from Couture Traders in ledgewood,NJ it also comes with a brown changing pad that has a few paint marks on it
