Purple vest part is velvety. Measurements are 9inch leg inseam, 10.5 across chest, 8 inch inseam arm, 13 inch neck to arm cuff. 25.5 inches full length neck to bottom pant leg. Says infant costume, check measurements. Runs 12-18 months. Comes with original packaging.
