Navy Blue Lace Mermaid Gown Size 16

I did have to have the top shoulder seems taken in a little to lift the bodice. I also had extra cups installed, but they are just tacked in and can be easily removed. Worn once then cleaned. It is my opinion that this runs a little bit small. The shoulder/bust area was true to size, but waist and hips seem more like a 14. After alterations, I would say this would fit a 14-16.
