Ulla Johnson high waisted black flare pants in size 26. The material is a bit stretchy and they fit really nicely. 13 inch waist, 16.5 inch hip, 26 inch length. 99% cotton, 1% spandex. There is a thread loose on the front by the bottoms, as seen in the pictures.
