This cat is curled in a tight little ball and looks as happy and content as only a cat can. This cat was made in New Mexico, and made by hand, signed by S. Chino. Beautiful design. Diameter of the bottom is 1.5". The height is 1 1/4" I added another little cat. I could not identify him anywhere although I found many animals looking just like him so I'm fairly sure he was made by that maker, but cannot be sure. There's a little slit on the bottom of him and he actually is a whistle. He is not pottery I did not charge anything for the second cat. I based the price for the first cat on other Acoma pieces I found online
