fanzy_pantz @maggiehaddad hi, I wear size US 6 and European size 36 or 36.5. However, different designers may vary slightly. These fit me well and run consistent with my other G. Zanotti. There are no strap adjustments.

fanzy_pantz @maggiehaddad so I just tried them on since it's been awhile. I forgot the very top strap is adjustable with a buckle. They hug my calves just right. I measured the largest point of my calf and it's 13.5" I wouldn't recommend too much larger measurement because they fit me pretty perfectly. (I had foot surgery and it wont bend enough for heels ever again)
