But there are no holes or rips Waist: 15 inches to stretch to 17 inches Rise: 11 inches Inseam: 2.5 inches Purple Capris: Pile in one area and small hole on gusset but easily can be sewed. Otherwise these are in good used condition with thick waist band. Waist: 13 inches stretching to 15 inches Rise: 12 inches Inseam: 20 inches
