This is a 3 layer petticoat for use under wedding dresses or other formals. It has and above waist design to help tuck in the tummy area. The outer layer is white satin like material with a ruffle and lace bottom. The netting is in tiers to add fullness, then there is a full length lining next to the body to protect from the netting. The length is 40” from the natural waistline.
