Waterproof rain pants great for outdoors and semi lightweight. Definitely could be used as an outer layer year round. Has side pockets, stretch waistband for a comfortable nonslip fit, and waterproof. Men’s size XL but could be worn as a unisex pant. The legs have little stretch which is why I originally ordered a men’s XL to have more space in the hip/thigh area. Ultimately never worn and NWT.
