This dress is everything! It’s vintage rampage swim circa late 90’s early 2000’s bc it was sold as a swim cover up (I think it can get wet and will dry fast etc) but it’s definitely perfect for party vibes! Houndstooth trim then stripes! It gets super fun because the drop waist has a subtle ruffle and alternating direction of stripes in the skirt. To go full y2k diva with this outfit pair it with some low rise flare jeans and throw a thick (patterned?) oversized belt around the waist of the dress. Platform sandals and a choker with some sunglasses would complete the look for sure. Maybe even a cropped jacket? YOU NEED THIS. VERY minor yellowing as pictured but I can barely even notice anything. So if you don’t see anything in the close up picture of the houndstooth it’s bc it’s that hard to see. Like idk if I’m even seeing anything I just wanna be thorough in descriptions. Comment if you’d like measurements!
