perezcary67 I was going to use the purse for the first time and it’s broken. The latch on one side does t close. You should have disclosed that.

scooby2525 @perezcary67 I spoke with Poshmark support yesterday and they said they issued you a partial credit for this. They also said that the matter needs to be handled directly with them moving forward so please contact them if you feel the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
