Beautiful cotton maxi skirt! New with tag! A few light markings, very minimal and can probably come out with wash. To me this runs a little big but is elastic waist. I’m size 4 on average and this is a little too tight around waist. I feel a 0 or 2 could wear this skirt. 12.5” waist in front with some stretch 38” long
