This Vintage LP Levi's Panatela Sportswear Blazer Sport Coat in medium blue chambray denim with contrast stitching features a point notch collar and wide lapel, two button closure, two buttons at the cuff, a back vent, and retro patch pockets (one at the chest and two at the sides). The stamped buttons read "Panatela." Fully lined.
