gmn27 @fad2fashion Kim, I just checked the tracking on your package and USPS sent it to AZ, then to LA which gave me a little relief and I just saw it was shipped to Vegas! I’m SO upset that this has happened. I’ve rarely had packages delayed, usually because if weather, but this is ridiculous. Thank you SO much for your patience!!

gmn27 @fad2fashion OMG!!! I cannot tell you how sorry I am!!! I promise u that the shipping label was for your package. You were the only sale I packaged that day. I figured it may have been a little late possibly since it was going cross country but this is nutty. Evidently someone is not scanning correctly! Kim, I’m SO sorry!

gmn27 @fad2fashion Kim, hopefully you’ll receive your package this weekend. I understand that Posh has no control over USPS but I think you should contact Posh customer service and ask for your shipping costs to be credited. You have been so patient but they state receipt of package in72 hrs. I’ve had good experiences dealing with their customer service. Have a wonderful weekend!
