Talbots Plaid Blouse & Black Formal Skirt

Gently used tulle style black polka dot formal skirt with ribbon waistband and side zip and plaid top from Talbots with beautiful buttons and ruffle detail. Selling together as a set and they pair so nicely together and would work perfect for the upcoming Christmas season. Would pair well with a pair of black velvet shoes IMO. The skirts tag says it’s a 10 but it’s more of a vintage fit so fits a lot smaller. See measurements provided to best know the fit.
