This is a beautiful steam punk set with pink and black over bust corset and brown velveteen hat. The hat is by spirit costumes. One size fits most. For being sold as a costume, I am impressed with the quality of this corset. The boning is medium stiffness. It is well lined. Extremely smooth on the inside. No scratchiness. 90% polyester 10% spandex. The lacing and grommets are functional. Absolutely beautiful quality.
