Tommy Hilfiger drop waist dress size XS

So fun! Top part is a dark Navy blue and white stripes, bottom is a gorgeous Kelly green, pleated skirt. Size XS. When laying flat pit to pit is 16.5”, length 36.5”.overall in excellent condition- there is one pull in skirt as shown in last image otherwise it’s great.stock photo shown has a slightly different stripe width, but it is the same style.
