Artsy top w/horizontal ruffled ribbons tie dyed w/ turquoise&brown shades

I bought this top although it was petite sized because I fell in love with the artistry of the colours on the black background. It is from the 1990’s so you will wear a unique piece, for sure! Made of extensible jersey. Versatile in style: could be cropped (see second picture), insurger or outside bottom.
