This is a beautiful 1928 brand vintage style Cameo (simulated red carnelian) brooch. It has a gold tone ornate frame that measures 1.5" wide, and two white faux pearl accents. It is on the original card, Made in USA, and nickel free. This is a pre-owned item, and it may have minor wear, but still looks to be in great condition.
