Measures approx. 16" W x 6-1/2" D x 12-1/4" H. 2 Outer open side pockets. Inside thee is one side has 2 open pockets with 2 smaller pen-sized open pockets. The other side of the inside has 1 long zippered pocket, 1 long open pocket, and another large pocket which can be snapped to create 2 pockets or unsnapped for another large inner pocket.
