Pink Indiana Glass Paneled Apothecary Jar

This is a vintage pink paneled apothecary jar by Indiana glass company. There's a defect on the underside of the rim of the lid and in the base of the bottom of the jar. Which I believe to be from factory. It is 8.5" in height including the lid and finial of the lid and 5.75" in diameter at its widest point. I do my best to list any defects an item might have.
