lux_teens I actually had a small hole In One of my leggings and I took it to lulu and they said that they couldn’t fix holes stitching or anything with repairing the item!? I was so mad bc it does say free repairs and it was the tiniest hole! 😡 sorry just had to tell someone that and get it off my mind. 😂

sclausem @lux_teens Hi! I understand and that is frustrating. From an email sent to guests I received this year: I believe they recently made changes to the hemming/repair rules so that would be correct, holes aren’t repaired anymore unless on a seam created by a manufacturing issue. Customer service might be able to straighten it out. The stitching on this seam in the listing would qualify for a repair because it’s on an original seam.
