@southyankee66 hi! the total length of these is about 3.25". I find them to be on the heavy side, personally. but since the post back is attached to the middle of the top disc (as opposed to the very top like most earrings), I think that helps in reducing the feeling of weight. it won't feel like your ear holes are stretched to your shoulders after a couple hours lol. at least this is the conclusion I came to after trying them on myself. hope this (way too detailed) answer helps!
