70s Vintage Black Velvet Dress with Accordion Pleat Orange Skirt

This is a beautiful 1970s vintage dress! Super witchy vibes. The bodice of the dress is made of black velvet with long sleeves. it has a rounded neckline that ties in the front, and a frilly detail at the wrist. The waist is banded with gold rick rack trim and coins. The skirt of the dress is orange and is tightly pleated with funky geometric patterns. the bottom of the skirt has gold rick rack trim as well. zips up the back with a metal zipper. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note - has some seam repair at one of the arms. Has no tags - see measurements in photos for best fit - approx a small.
