sarahr424 @fridaybeach @sistertwila Hi there! Sorry I'm just getting back to you on this. I pulled the skirt out of storage today. Measurements are as follows: 16" across at waist, 23" long. However, now that I"m seeing it in daylight I noticed a couple of things (updated in the listing)... color is actually navy blue, and there are a few small holes (see pics).
