lilyharley1231 @pippee The reason I ask is I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. If u measure the sole of a pair of my shoes it’s 11” instead of 10”

pippee @lilyharley1231 Hi Diana, Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. I was able to finally locate where the size was inside the boot. It's size 8; however, when I tried them on, I had a thumb's width at the toe, and I'm an 8.5. Not sure if that helps.
