Very pretty blouse in a sheer fabric with lining. The fabric has a circle design outlined in a velvet fabric Standup neckline with a ruffle edge. Partial button front with the buttons hidden under the front placket. Smile hemline. Measurements pit to pit flatfold about 18”. The measurements from the top of shoulders to the bottom measures about 32”. No visible flaws. Questions please ask and we will answer questions ASAP M.
