These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. They have a leather upper with a textile interior, 1.5 inch heel and run knee high. Measuring from top to bottom (including the heel) the boot is 17 inches. The approximate circumference of the boot at the top is 16 inches with some room for expansion. These were worn only four or five times (because I live in Southern California, we don't have weather) and do have a couple scuffs (see pictures for detail), but are in otherwise great condition.
