It fits about the same as Columbia shirts, so you can buy the size you take in their shirts, which is true-to-size (women's) on the trim side. The raglan sleeves make the fit flexible. Columbia is good, because they can fit a decent size frame without being a balloon shirt that's huge around the middle.
