Eliza J Lace 3/4 Sleeve Fit & Flare Dress Navy/Tan Size 14-16 READ Size tag has been removed, so I am basing the size on the Eliza J brand charts. The measurements are approximately 41" bust and 34" waist. I believe it is probably closer to a size 16, but not 100% sure. The dress is in great pre-owned condition. No noticeable flaws.
