Waist has plenty of stretch and the fabric itself is 4% Spandex. 96% polyester stays wrinkle free and gives it a flowy feel. 15” side slit for nice leg reveal and freedom of movement. Excellent condition. Chico’s size 2 fit = L(12/14). Color is dark navy blue and white.
