Super warm crew neck. Feels like Sherpa type fleece on the outside and the inside is smooth and soft. thick and warm, wore it to Disney to have a soft teddy bear type vibe. haven't worn it since. It does fit a Large but I think would be a bit roomier on a Medium sized person.
