Kate Spade Lily Blooms Blaire Dress Size XS

Light and airy and so pretty! Make a statement in this lovely green dress with shirred waist. Stretch cotton, fully lined and it has pockets!!! Oopsie...model has it on backwards in photos, which I prefer as it gives a nice keyhole neckline. Brand tag is missing, but size & content tag are present, along with a replacement Kate Spade button. In excellent condition, no flaws.
