Cable knit pullover sweater vest

Thrifted this sweater vest and I love it but I’ve thrifted more items and I need to rotate. It looks to be handmade. There is no size tag although I fit a Medium. Please confirm measurements approximate laying flat in pictures as Poshmark does not accept returns for fit issues. Please see all six pictures provided. E
