holdermelissa @ronnidv4776 it does. To be honest I paid 120 for them from a store in Nashville via Instagram and they told me they were a size 9. Incorrect due to euro sizing. They are too big for me. In amazing condition so I have to stay somewhat true to what I paid. They are 229 currently in retail stores
