Decorative bowl with goldfish design

Sweet decorative, porcelain, bowl with hand painted design and what I believe is brass rim and underneath. Measurements are approximately 7.5” in diameter and 1.5” tall. Makes a great accent piece or a catch all for change, jewelry…..Excellent condition.
