Black Velvet Midi Dress with White Lace Collar & Cuffs / Classic Elegance - SZ 6

This Elegant Black Velvet Dress has a White Lace Collar & Cuffs that Close with Pearl Buttons. It Is a Classic beauty with elegant lines in a timeless design - Vintage 1979 This lovely dress is princess seamed through the bodice and features a long fitted torso with dropped waist and attached skirt gathered in soft folds. Dress is very flattering on and is midi length. It closes with a 22 inch nylon zipper up the back. The nylon zipper works fine but it is best to pull it down from the bottom to fully extend it while zipping it up - I often find this necessary with nylon zippers. Condition is clean and ready to wear. This dress was only worn a time or two, then it was dry cleaned & stored carefully in a garment bag. It is in excellent shape. It will be packed carefully so it arrives without wrinkles - you will sim Measurements: Shoulders - 16” Bust - 17” Waist - 14” Drop waist circumference where skirt joins bodice at high hips - 19” Below this skirt is "free size " & fully gathered. Under Arm to Cuff Edge - Sleeve Length is 18” ( meant to be Extra Long & come down over the wrist - very pretty especially worn with an elegant ring! Length of entire dress from center back top of neck to hem edge is 44” The Torso /Bodice of the dress is 24” long from Center Back Neck to the dropped waist seam where bodice is joined to skirt. The gathered skirt portion is 20” long from where it is sewn to bodice to the hem edge.
